My Toshiba Laptop had 3 keys sticking and the local repair shop wanted 5 just to repair the 3 keys. I ordered this keyboard from HQRP, installed it in about 5 minutes, and it works perfectly. The keys have a good feel to them. After I placed my order I realized that I did not pick expidited shipping, which I wanted. HQRP instructed me to cancel my original order for a refund and to reorder. I did, and they shipped that very day!!! (Oh, do a Google search for “replace (model) laptop keyboard”, you will see many sites giving free instrctions, it’s very easy to replace).
